in Corporate Directorship, facilitated by experienced corporate

Faculty: The Program faculty include senior directors
from multinational companies, company secretaries, faculty
members at associated internationally reputed B-Schools.
Module overview
The program will be spread over 10 highly interactive sessions
. Each participant will be encouraged to make a presentation
of his experiences and the trainer’s role will be of
an advisor and consultant to address the issues and concerns
raised by participants.
The participants will be encouraged to specify their learning
objectives at the time of registration and the same will be
