This three –day Transformational Program in Corporate Directorship, facilitated by experienced corporate leaders with rich experience as company directors and also as corporate trainers. The Program will review and clarify your role as a director or board member and re-affirm the governance and ethical expectations of board members. Additionally, it will provide you with updates about changes in governance, legal compliance, risk management, strategy implementation and board decision-making.

The program will be spread over 10 highly interactive sessions . Each participant will be encouraged to make a presentation of his experiences and the trainer’s role will be of an advisor and consultant to address the issues and concerns raised by participants.

PROFILE OF NAME

The new millennium is characterized by globalization of markets throwing the erstwhile-protected economies like India open to global competition Indian industry particularly small and medium sector is passing through turbulent times. The need of the hour is a well developed “knowledge entrepreneur”. Entrepreneurship development in India has a glorious history in which several institutions and individuals belonging to Government, Quasi Government and private bodies are actively associated with entrepreneurial development. Towards this end, National Academy of Management & Entrepreneurship (NAME), was been setup by a small group of public-spirited individuals under the chairmanship of Dr. S. K.
